Spezifität: The mouse monoclonal antibody A1 recognizes an epitope within extracellular domain of CD307d, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly on memory B cells.

Aufreinigung: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: DNA-immunization followed by a boost with CD307d-transfected cells

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.

Hintergrund: Fc receptor like 4,CD307d is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the Fc receptor family. It contains two ITIM motifs and one ITSM motif in its cytoplasmic domain. CD307d is expressed mainly on the surface of memory B cells in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues. It binds to aggregated immunoglobulin molecules (IgA, IgG).
